All products are prepared on a made-to-order basis. Orders must be placed in advance, and preparation will only begin after full payment has been successfully processed through our third-party payment provider. We do not store or process payment details directly on our website.

We currently only accept and deliver orders within selected areas, specifically Shamelin Perkasa and UPTM. Orders placed outside these areas may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details provided are accurate and complete. Once an order has been confirmed and preparation has started, cancellations or changes may not be allowed.

Due to the nature of freshly prepared food products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in cases of incorrect orders or product quality issues and must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the product.

Customers must inform us of any allergies before placing an order. We shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions if no prior notice is given.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or consumption of our products, except as required by law.
